The Finance Analyst will be responsible for day to day finance work management to support clients, JLL operational team and Regional Finance Manager to achieve financial program delivery and finance compliance on regional account level.
Daily Works
?Engage with operational team to collect information to track daily expenditure on Opex and Capex.
?Guide operational team to spend money wisely to achieve finance compliance.
?Be familiar with finance procedures and policies of client company, communicate with client finance/accounting team to address any finance issues.
?Support client to track and analyse cost/HC, cost/sqm as per the request.
?Prepare monthly billing, follow up invoice to payment process.
?Perform monthly closing and reporting, liaise with each service owner or site leader to complete variance analysis.
?Ensure timely production of budgets/forecasts semi-annually.
?Maintain all relevant policies and procedures with respect to all financial and support services associated with the account.
?Assist regional finance manager to implement financial program.
?Complete ad-hoc task assigned by regional finance manager.
Data Management, Policies & Procedures and Audit
?Ensure data integrity of the systems across the site/country and audit data from time to time
?Ensure that appropriate process and system controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions
?Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes
Requirements:
?Minimum 3 years’ Accounting or Finance related experience
?Degree qualifications in Accountancy or similar field will be an advantage
?Experience in a variety of accounting software
?Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports
?Has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services
?Goal-oriented, able to focus on meeting all performance targets
?Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
?Analytical; Proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach
?Planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
