Position:Transportation Management Specialist - Fesco contractor
Opening:1
Working Location:Gao Xin Xi Qv Office
Working Scope:
? Maintain and adhere to company import & export operation process
? Damage cargo claim for compensation
? Import/export license application, such as "radio committee" license, "O" certificate, CCC , battery certificate and others which customs declaration need.
? Check the Chinese name, HS code, Element of Customs declaration for import shipments
? Arrange and track the status of international Shipments into China
? Check the invoice and shipping documents for Customs Declaration
? Track and submit import tax payment ;submit the tax data and original invoice to related departments
? Handle and track the declaration for temporary import & Export
? Cooperate with project coordinators and Broker to complete the import & export tasks
? Solve the problems during the shipments transportation including import & export issues
? Office daily work
Specific Knowledge/Skills
? Education Level : University graduate , Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade
? Year of relevant experience : Minimum 1 year experience China freight forwarding and logistics
? Be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outlook experience is also preferred.
? Be good at communication and solving the problems
? Ability to converse well in both English and Mandarin; spoken and written skills
? MRP operations system such as Oracle; and knowledge of Dangerous Goods Management will be advantages.
