职位描述：
Alfred H. Knight (AHK) is looking for a Workshop Manager to provide the necessary support services within AHKs eight workshops across China in order to ensure precise and accurate sample preparation of metals and minerals commodities with strict attention to security and dispatch to the AHK Global Laboratory Network. As part of this you will be responsible for all workshop staff, facilities management, infield sampling consumables and PPE management across the business. To be successful in this job, you will have proven experience in this field and an ability to work closely with senior operation and technical managers to foster a team atmosphere striving for excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement in everything we do.

Responsibility
1. Sample Management 样品管理
Ensure sample receiving, storage, security and recycling are in line with company procedures and performed timely.
确保样品接收，样品存储符合公司的相关工作程序，及时进行样品的流转管理。
Ensure sample preparation at all workshops follows documented procedures and is performed timely.
确保样品制备符合相关的制样工作程序，及时进行样品制备。
Ensuring sample dispatch follows relevant working Instructions and meets agreed turnaround times.
确保样品寄送符合相关的作业指导书要求，及时进行样品寄送。
Ensuring Moisture Determination at workshops follows relevant Working Instructions and performed timely.
确保水分测试工作符合相关的作业指导书要求，及时进行水分测试。
Work with the broader Inspection business to continuously improve how samples are taken, packed, stored and delivered to the workshops, in order to ensure sample integrity and moisture are controlled, ultimately leading to better sample prep and moisture results.
通过对送往车间的样品的取样方式、样品包装、存储进行监督，确保公司业务的持续改进、样品的完整性和水分的良好控制，最终保证样品制备和水分结果更为理想。

2. Facilities Management 设施工具管理
Supervision of the installation of newly-purchased equipment to company required standards.
监督新采购制样设备的安装调试，确保设备满足公司标准。
Make annual internal calibration plan and timely calibration of equipment and tools by trained staff; make annual external calibration plan and timely calibration of equipment and tools by appropriately-sought external calibration companies.
制定年度内部校准和外部校准计划，确保车间工具设备及时进行内部校准和外部校准。
Overall responsibility for ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance pertaining to all major equipment and the fabric of the workshop buildings. Resolution of issues relating to any equipment failure or damages to the fabric of the building.
全面负责车间主体设备和厂房的日常维护和预防措施; 及时解决设备和厂房的隐患、故障。
Ensuring equipment is maintained in a working and calibrated state, organizing maintenance where necessary.
确保车间所有所用工具设备的定期保养、维修、校准。
On-going review of best in class Workshop facilities within the group and industry with recommendations for improvement within the China Workshop network in order to continuously improve service and maintain facilities in line with growth targets and new service opportunities.
持续关注集团和检验行业内和车间设施设备相关的更新和改进，及时更新中国各个车间的设施设备，以便实现服务的持续改进，同时确保车间设施设备能够满足公司的增长目标和新的业务机会。

3. Staff & Compliance 人员和合规
Active participation in the selection and development of workshop staff ensuring a team that can execute on the delivery of workshops services with best in class skill, reliability and a thinking for continuous improvement.

A proven ability to set goals and supervise workshop staff daily though strong leadership and ultimately the ability to stimulate workshop staff to meet annual quality objectives.

Maintain a safe working environment meeting all company and legislative requirements

Seek appropriate suppliers of sample preparation equipment and tools in line with Company policy.
按照公司相关规定要求，寻找适合的样品制备相关的设备、工具供应商。
Maintaining appropriate QA and QC records such that they are clearly and easily auditable and traceable within the guidelines of AHKs ISO17020 accreditation, procedures and policies.
确保车间所有质量相关信息记录清晰，完整，易于检查和追溯，保证所有记录符合ISO 17020关条例规定。

4. General Other: 其他
Continuous review & improvement of workshop service delivery costs in line with improvement opportunities.
Workshop capital budget administration and monthly expense collating
持续检查和改进车间的运营成本，寻找改进机会。按时完成车间月度预算，预测和月度花费整理
Cash Payment management and tax invoice management
现金支付管理和发票管理

5. Support all surveyors and samplers in AHK China on PPE and consumables such as seals, envelopes, plastic bags etc.
为中国区所有检验员提供劳动保护装备及诸如封条、信封、塑料袋等耗材
Other adhoc duties as required by Senior Management and or participate in cross functional team work.
及时完成公司高级管理团队安排的其他任务，并且/或者参与跨部门合作。

Qualification
5+ years of experience within the Inspection & Testing industry with proven Metals and Mineral Sample Prep
and Moisture determination experience.
有5年以上检验检测行业相关工作经验，有金属和矿产品样品制备和水分测试相关经验。
Team management experience for 10 or more people
具有管理10人以上团队的经验
ISO17020 knowledge or similar Quality Management experiences.
有ISO17020知识，或者类似的质量管理体系工作经验
Chinese national with English language proficiency a plus
具备良好的英语水平将优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree in either engineering, logistics, supply chain or other related field.
