职位描述：
主要工作Main missions:
- Responsible for monthly KPI track, organize, report and analysis.
  负责月度指标的收集，整合，汇报及分析；
- Lead CI projects with continuous tools, achieve the planned target for projects and saving.
  运用持续改进工具主导持续改进项目，达成策划的年度项目和节约目标；
- Responsible for build up the standard and process of continuous improvement, develop and depoly CI culture in the company to improve the employee awareness.
  建立持续改进的标准与流程，在公司内发展和推广持续改进文化，以达成全员持续改进文化与意识提升的目的；
- Responsible for deliver 6 Sigma training within the company, support other functions to improve CI techinal capability for all employee.
  培训与指导公司各部门员工持续改进工具和流程的专业技能，给各部门提供六西格玛的专业支持，以达成全员持续改进专业技能提升的目标；
- Manage CI projects, ensure the target achievement.
  管理改善项目，确保改善项目的指标达成；
- Set up the sharing platform and system for best CI projects, to realize the continuous improved target
  建立***改善项目的分享平台和机制， 以实现工厂不断地持续改进的目标
- Other temporary task arranged by line manager
  直属经理交给的其他临时任务
任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
- 5+ years working experience in automitive /manufacturing industry on continous improvement.
  具有5年以上汽车行业或制造业持续改进工作经验。
- Professional statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to process improvement projects.
  具有专业的统计知识并可以在流程改进项目中应用。
- Certified Green Belt is preferred.
  被认证的绿带会优先考虑。
- Good communication skills and team work style.
  良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。
- Good understanding of process and statistical analysis. Be familiar with TS core tools and other quality tools.
  具有过程分析和统计分析能力。熟悉TS核心工具及其它质量工具。
- Bachelor degree above.
  大学本科及以上学历。
- Fluent English both in oral and writing.
  熟练的英语口语和书写能力。
- Proficient in using PC software.
