Job Functions: 工作职能
Responsible for repair, maintenance of facility, machines of CNC machining Dept and Surface treatment Dept, ensure that production equipment is in good condition, improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime 负责公司厂务设施、机加工部门及电镀部门设备的维修、维护和保养。保证生产设备处于良好的状态，提高运行效率，降低停机时间
Be responsible of preventive maintenance and management of machines 负责设备的预防性维护和管理
Spare parts inventory management 备件库存的管理
Management of production equipment manual 生产设备手册的管理
Make improvements solutions and implement according to the status of production equipment 根据生产设备的运行情况提出改进方案并实施
Complete the maintenance records in time 及时完整的填写维修记录
Monitor the progress of first line maintenance, and keep the maintenance systems running in order 检查操作者的自主维护，保障维护体系正常运行
Assist the production manager to complete the various tasks 协助生产经理完成各种任务
Make monthly report to department manager of monthly achievement and key issues 负责每月定期向生产经理汇报当月完成和进行的主要工作
Other tasks that are assigned by production supervisor 生产主管或经理布置的其他任务

Qualifications and Desired Skills 资质与技能
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism or electric 本科及以上学历，机械、电气及机电一体化相关专业
At least three years maintenance experience of production equipment in large-scale manufacturing enterprises 至少3年在大型生产企业生产设备的维修维护经验
Actual maintenance knowledge and experience of lathes, machining centers and other equipment 具备实际的车床、加工中心等设备维修知识和维修经验。
Actual equipment PLC program knowledge and experience. 具备设备PLC编程知识和应用经验。
CET 4 first, can be skillful in English to read technical documentation, basic listening, speaking and writing 英语四级优先，能熟练阅读以英文技术文档，基本的听、说、写的能力
Have certification of operating machine or wrench-work 有相关证书具备机械操作或设备钳工证件
Good teamwork spirit, passion, trustworthy, result-oriented, detail oriented and able to work under pressure 良好的团队合作精神，热情，值得信赖，以结果为导向，注重细节，能够在压力下工作 举报 分享
