职位描述：
Job Description:

1.Initiate screening and qualification process of new suppliers
2.Perform vendor surveys and facilitate quality audits
3.Secure RFQ, analyze and negotiate with suppliers, review and finalize with team as per company policy
4.Release purchase order and track delivery
5.Evaluate supplier from Quality, Delivery (Leadtime, MOQ, MDQ), Cost, Payment Terms, Service and Risk perspective
6.Develop and maintain strong working relationship between potential and existing suppliers and Oetiker
7.Drive cost and lead-time reduction programs while improving supplier quality and delivery performance
8.Keep update on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers.
9.Help resolve supplier related issues
10.Support APQP team and special projects
11.Other assignments from supervisors.

Job Requirement:

1.University degree or above with engineering background
2.Min 5 years sourcing experiences in a manufacturing environment
3.Strong sourcing experiences in stamping, machining, fastening parts and indirect stuff (capital equipment, MRO, stamping tools ,etc)
4.Strong experience in Manufacturing, technical knowledge and quality control
5.Strong experience in managing suppliers both commercially and operationally
6.Capable of networking and influencing purchasing strategy across functions
7.Well organized personally with good communication and interpersonal skills
8.Self-motivated, smart, natural negotiator,ethical, self-starter and a team player
9.Good spoken and written English
10.Familiar with TS16949 ,automotive industry experience preferred
11.Lean manufacturing and lean supply chain management experience preferred
