1. Raise Purchase Order in MyOrder and SAP system
2. Collect monthly accrual amount from operation team and book in CIM system at the end of month
3. Check Microsoft record team posting in Informa system
4. Update and check actual spending in cost tracking form
5. Update Purchase Order tracking list every month
6. Assist finance manager to complete monthly variance report/annual budget/forecast
7. Review and approve invoice in system
8. Tracking Capex projects status
Position requirement
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting
2. Above 3 years’ working experience
3. Down to earth, hands-on, responsible and detail oriented
4. Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
