职位描述：
Main Duties:
- Work with Project Manager closely to make a good project procurement plan to achieve the project goal and keep track the execution of procurement plan.
- Ensuring that project related commercial activities including sub-contracting, procurement, cost control, expediting, logistic, financial affairs are carried out in accordance with the company procedure and project contract agreements.
- Forecast and estimate the project final cost and exposure to commercial risks, lead the monthly cost report activity and present to Project Manager to reflect project trend, project risk, and prose solutions.
- Ensuring that contractual matters in accordance with the Conditions of Contract are solved smoothly together with the support from other department and the Project Manager.
- Lead the preparation of claim submissions and approval.
- Ensure the project cost is under close monitoring and strictly follow the project cost control procedure.
- Preparation, submission and agreement of interim payment certificates with Client, identification of variations and the valuation of variation orders
- Resolving contractual disputes between different parties by good command of contractual conditions’ knowledge and dispute resolution procedures.
- Preparation of final account and handing-over of documentation to the Client for approval
- Organize lessons learn and provide advices for improvement of company procedures.

Type of experience
- Must have solid site working experience and skills for cost estimate, project procurement including tender for sub-contractor, supplier and consultant service, contract compilation, negotiation, change control, payment, cost control, cost forecast and financial analysis, risk management and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with the systems, processes and procedures to deliver pre and post contract management so that the commercial and financial targets are met.
- Must have rich knowledge on construction law, China construction regulation, international standard contract, market resource for applicable qualified vendors. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Strong influencer and negotiator.
- Must have experience in leading a team to achieve a project goal of procurement, financial control, logistic, expediting and miscellaneous project procurement affairs.
- Work experience in Semi-conductor, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and high-technology industry is preferred. 举报 分享
