职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

o Own all financial Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.
o Key Activities:
o System Updates in time and accuracy
o Billing timeliness and accuracy
o Operational finance in Revenue & Cost
o Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
o Support customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling


Expectations from the Role

Operational Finance
o Create Cost & Rev. Estimates
o Trigger upload of estimates to FACT
o Create invoice and dispatch the same to Customer/ Customer Service
o Resolve vendor Invoice queries & report incorrect invoices to carrier booking associate
o Coordinate with VAS team to ensure timely issue/query resolution
o Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues / escalations.
o The cost and sell rates to be reported to finance department for ICB updates.
o Monitor corrections required and data quality in invoice
o Issue Credit note if required & transfer the details to FACT
o Coordinate with respective stakeholders and Finance team for SO/PO/Billing/ICB reports follow up

Required knowledge & Skills
Operational Efficiency
o Complete knowledge of Kewill, MODS and BST
o Logistics industry and/or foreign trade know-how
o Experience in a large Operations / Customer service teams will be preferable
o Excel skills and data analysis
o Commercial sense in profit and loss leverage

Communication Skills
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently

o High responsibility and sense of urgency
o Persistently drives issues to closure
