岗位职责:

? Perform EMR quality review daily.
? Participate in create and update the criteria of medical record documentation review according to Health Bureau requirement and JCI requirement.
? Participate in medical record documentation review policy creation and modification.
? Participate in creation of clinical pathway.
? Report the quality review result to HIM manager on a monthly basis.
? Participate in preparing medical records for Health Bureau inspection.
? Provide training to new onboard physicians.
? Provide coding service to department and code inpatient medical records.
? Manage the team of inpatient review and coding.
? Other tasks that HIM manager assign for medical record quality control.

任职资格:

? Familiar with all kinds of disease, include diagnosis, examinations, and treatment plan, procedures.
? Familiar with Medical Record Documentation regulation and related law and regulations.
? Familiar with JCI requirement of Patient Information Management
? Familiar with the most updated health bureau requirement regarding medical records documentation.
? Good Communication Skill
? Good Computer Skill
? Proficiency English reading, writing, speaking and listening.
