Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the recruitment of experienced Senior Consultant, Consultant, Associate Consultant inChina;
2) Continuously improve FMC Recruitment System (channel, network, method), together with the Managing director.
3) Own the recruitment operation, such as,
Develop recruitment channel;
Network with and contact potential candidates;
Actively maintain the recruitment system.
4) As recruitment advisor, to closely work with individual partners so as to support their team development and planning;
5) To take part in the recruitment expertise training and sharing with headhunting consultants;
6) Systematically collect the market information so as to support the decision making for FMC business and organization;
7) Work together with marketing department, jointly accomplish Recruitment Marketing Project.
Requirements:
1) With rich experience in recruiting high calibers;
2) Experienced in searching potential candidates and recruiting through multi-channels(not only by recruitment ad);
3) The experience as headhunting consultant, and/or being recruiter in search firm will be a good plus as for applicant;
4) Profound understanding and perception in the business development and organization evolution, with the help of recruitment.
5) Fluent English;
6) Strong in communication and collaboration;
7) Proven ability as quick learner.
8) Open-minded, be apt to contact with strangers;
9) Initiative, proactive, very strong sense of Achievement,
10) Strong trait of delivering persistently and assiduously
11) Work independently, whereas being good team player.
