Overview:
o Working as the team leader for Research division in Chongqing office;
o Responsible to formulate strategy and conducting research in Chongqing property market; and Working with research teams
of other cities in West China Region;
Accountability:
o Conduct regular research for economic and property topics in Chongqing and Tier 2 cities in West China;
Requirements:
o Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
o Experience in research with property related is preferred, strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
o Adaptability and cultural sensitivity;
o Critical thinking and analytical skills;
o Good working attitude;
o Willingness to accept long working hours if necessary;
o Excellent result from College Entrance Examination;
o Bachelor degree from Key Universities in China is essential;
o 3 years or above experience in research;
o Some knowledge of the following would be helpful:
o Property related;
o Economics and political analysis
