VdS is one of the world’s leading independent certification, testing and inspection institutions in the field of fire safety and security. With more than 100 years of experience, VdS is the partner of choice for the certification and testing of products, service providers and management systems and the inspection of fire safety systems.
To expand its current team in Shanghai, VDS is seeking an intern to join the company asap.
The internship can lead to full-time employment if appropriate. The intern will work as the assistant to the Chief Representative in Shanghai.
The working location is in German Center, Zhangjiang.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the schedule of the regular meetings
2. Check and book air/Train tickets for GM office upon the requests as per company's policy.
3. Depending on the needs, accompany executives to business trips or meetings.
4. Documentation and filing system maintain.
5. The reception of the customers/external visitors for the office.
6. Handling tasks that are delegated by the chief Rep
7. Maintain the schedule of the regular Executive meetings and meetings
任职要求
1. College grade 4 or above, can guarantee 2 days working per week..
2. Have a passion to develop his/her career in the relevant industry; Willingness to learn about the industry and its practice; Be able to work with high-end clients and maintain confidentiality of the client’s info
3. Strong command of English both written and oral, be able to use English as the working language
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
5 .Good communication and coordination skills
