DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description

1. 产品制造流程优化，产品FMEA 和控制计划文件的准备，产线问题的分析和解决，8D报告的准备，
Product building process optimization, project FMEA and control plan preparation, process problem analysis and shooting, related 8D report preparation,
2. 新产品装配流程的制定和试产跟踪，试产问题的总结和良率持续改善，
New product process optimization and NPI trail run yield monitor and improvement, process problem shooting and improvement,
3. 制造工具的设计和优化，新材料的试用评估，折弯机，邦定机，喷码机的维护和使用，
Assembly tooling design and optimization, new material evaluation, pre-bending machine, ACF bonding machine and using,

Requirments:
1. 工业工程或其它相关工程专业的本科或以上学历，
Bachelors degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering.
2. 至少5年的PCBA/FPCBA的制造工程领域经验，比较倾向于FPCBA的制造工程经验者，
At least 3 years test experience in PCBA / FPCA / mobile / PC / wearable products or other consumable electronic assembly field
3. 精通电子产品组装工艺流程编排，熟悉IE手法和精益生产的改善方法；，
Good skills at assembly process definition, good at IE skills and LEAN experience,
4. 熟练使用AutoCad, CAM350和其它相关的办公软件，
Good at AutoCad, CAM350 and other office software operation,
5. 普通话流利，英语书写流利，
Good at command of written English, Spoken as well
