Minimum Requirement
Education/Experience
? Graduated with a bachelor degree or above, majored in Human resources or Business Admin is preferred;
? Have 1-2 years of HR assistance working experience in following HR Functions
-Recruitment and demission functions
-Payroll Management
-HRIS Management
Special knowledge
? Good command of national &local HR policies and regulations
? God computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
? Good command of English and Chinese ,CET-6 or TEM-8
Business understanding/Competency
? Integrity, Reliable, initiative and high willing to do HR basic work
? Good logical thinking
? Good learning ability
? Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
Job Description Details
1.Employees Personal Information Management
1> Personal File Management, HR File management and mainte***ce
2> Treat and control the data in the HR information system (create and update records, follow-up work hours, annual leave, flexible hours application etc.).
2.Salary Settlement
1> Prepare payroll data and transmit to payroll provider FESCOS ( Over time hours calculation etc)
2> Attendance and leave / holiday management
3> Social insurance and housing fund management
4> Monthly Relevant reports and analysis
5> Control budget
3. Recruitment & Demission
1> Well communicate with the internal department to get the right needs for the vacancies;
2> Be in charge of recruitment, including CV screening and arranging the interview;
3> Learn to use other recruiting channels to expand the candidate pool to build up the talent pipeline;
4> Create and maintain the regular recruiting report timely and accurately;
5> I***olve in the new staff on-boarding arrangement;
6> Be in charge of demission processing
7> Complete monthly termination reason report
4. Training administration
1> To assist HR Manager to prepare annual target plan budget
2> Assisting with the scheduling of training sessions/learning activities, and booking / notifying all relevant parties.
3> Administrating on-line learning system and maintain the system proficiency.
4> To support training evaluation
5.Employee performance evaluation
1>To support on probation appraisal
2>To support annual performance evaluation
6.Expats support
1> Arrangement of medical insurance settlement (including Wellbe medical service)
2> 2ndment contract update between NYK Tokyo and NALC.
In order to make expats on-boarding smoothly, HR staff will required to instruct and proceed the necessary arrangement.
7. HR Contract management
1> Mainte***ce 2ndment contracts which agreed between NALC and JV companies. In case new assignment and change the contents, update and revise accordingly.
2> Labor Contract renew & probation reminder support
