岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：

position responsibilities：

1. 快速识别新的商机来增加在中国的市场份额

Identify new business opportunities to increase the market share in China

2. 维护和发展现有的客户关系来扩大销售

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize sales

3. 管理投标过程和负责提供***的解决方案给客户

Manage tender processes and be responsible for delivering the best solution to the customers

4. 完成销售目标

   Achieve the sales targets

5. 在需要的时候培训外部客户

Train external customers when necessary

6. 联络内部按期限交付客户的项目

Liaise internally to deliver customer projects according to deadline and cost

7. 定期准备市场和销售报告，向销售总监汇报

Periodically prepare market and sales reports for Commercial Director

8. 销售部分派的其它工作任务

   Other work assigned by Sales Dept. or leadership.

岗位要求：

job requirement：

1. 商务管理学士或以上学历，具有技术方面的天赋

  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or higher with flair for technology

2. 5年以上在风电或是相关领域的销售管理经验

  Minimum 5 years work experience in sales management in wind energy or related field

3. 出色的商业头脑和国际的心态

  Excellent business acumen and international mindset

4. 在以往的销售中要有出色的销售成绩

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a process driven sales e***ironment

5. 高度结构化的人格，能够使用和发展系统和程序。

Highly structured personality and able to use and develop systems and procedures

6. 在需要的时候，必须能够出差

Must be able to travel extensively in Greater China when requested

7. 这是一个当地的职位，要求具有流利的英文和中文听说读写的能力。

This is a local position which requires a native Chinese with fluent English speaking/writing capabilities

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
