项目助理- PROJECT ASSISTANT
GENERAL JOB PURPOSE:
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, this position assists in the implementation of high complexity technology projects. Assists in the coordination of various events in the planning, ordering, installation, and follow-on cycle.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules;
2. Follows-up on pre-installation activities, e.g., confirming delivery dates of equipment and software;
3. Prepares reports for Project Managers on status of all services provided for specific technology projects;
4. Coordinates and assists in the development of electronic and written materials for project management proposals, presentations, and status updates;
5. May act as liaison between departments and contractors involved in project implementation and assures that all contracted work is satisfactorily completed according to specifications;
6. Assists in the coordination of all personnel: vendors, contractors, etc., necessary to complete the project;
7. Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , Vehicle Engineering, Project Management or similar field of specialization.
9. Previous experience in project or commercial assistance role preferred.
10. Good knowledge of project management processes preferred.
11. Ability to use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software.

PREFERRED SKILLS
1. English Language skills: Minimum requirement CET6
2. High proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL and WORD
3. Team Player
4. Ability to establish effective working relationships with others
5. Ability to plan and organize
6. Able to work under pressure
