职位描述：
The purpose for Trainer position is to help our internal Recruitment Consultant to develop the capabilities and have a good career in BRecruit.

Responsibilities:
？ Training needs analysis by using different methods (KPI analysis, interview colleagues…)
？ Coordinate very month training courses, follow up training results and make records
？ Help internal trainer develop training courses
？ Deliver some general training courses
？ Collect training information out of company to share with colleagues
？ Filing consultants’ best practice and organize knowledge sharing workshop / programs

Requirements:
？ Full time bachelor degree or above
？ Above 2 years working experience, inhouse trainer or training consultant / trainer in training companies will be preferred.
？ Excellent written English, and good oral English skills
？ Professional paperwork (PPT, EXCEL, WORD…)
？ Good presentation skills, communication skills, proactive attitude 举报 分享
