职位描述：
Position : Admin Assistant
Report to : Gneral Manager
Location : Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures on office management and administration
- Manage office admin related vendors and suppliers, review and negotiate administration related contracts in collaboration with procurement to make sure cost effective
- Budget and control office administrative cost and expense
- Manage daily administrative operation and office work, including office facilities mainte***ce, fixed asset management, office purchasing and seating plan
- Deal with the expartirates working permit service
- Organize all kinds of company meetings and activites
- Assist in HR document filing and staff on-board process
- Make travel arrangement and update the travel record


Requirements:

- College degree in relevant majors
- Good written and oral English
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Hardworking and willing to learn, able to handle challenges
- Good team work spirit , open-minded, friendly attitude, sense of responsibility
