职位描述：
Responsibilities and key tasks

To understand and support the goals and strategies of Tectura.
To have a thorough knowledge of CRM and services of Tectura.
To have a thorough knowledge of the business needs of customers of Tectura.
Responsible for day to day management of CRM team responsible for training clients, testing software modifications, providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions at client sites.
Ensures client satisfaction and adherence to methodology.
Maintains successful and productive client relationships.
Manages resources for quality and quantity of work.
Meets the financial and deliverable goals for each project and ensures projects are on track and on budget.
Ensures team member satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for team member development plans and performance management.
Participates in recruiting process.
To be 50% customer billable
Ability to analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client’s requirements and objectives.
Provides pre and post sales support as needed.
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.

Knowledge and skills：
Demonstrated capability of performing the responsibilities of this position
Experience successfully managing projects or teams in well-respected enterprise software providers, system integrators or technology consulting firms.
At least two to three years of technical product experience, with demonstrated analytical ability and good judgment.
Several years of business, software or consulting experience with emphasis on product implementation
Considerable experience with the Microsoft Dynamics solutions
Good knowledge of underlying Microsoft technologies (SQL, data analysis, reporting services) desirable
Member of relevant industry bodies.
The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner
Ability to focus on achieving results
Ability to work in an organized manner
