Job Description:
-Development and improvement on the concept of the production controlling.
-Monthly controlling report, secure a qualitative reporting.
-Monitoring, evaluation of the plant performance, discrepancy bridge analysis in both of the layer level (support on departments for improvement) and the valuable highlight to top management.
-Identify the improving area and prepare the continuous improvement strategy for the controlling function.
-Mid-term budgeting process, hourly rate calculation. Monthly monitoring of the budget or forecast.
-I***entory development and reduction target achievement. Cost saving control on procurement, cost center cost, i***estment and other special focus.
-Contribution and support on company KPI achievement.
-Strategic project control and tracking.
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree of Economic/ Fi***ce/ Account or above
-Above 5 years professional experience in international Manufacturing Company.
-Experience in SAP (FI/CO/PP) implementation as key user-background.
-Fluency in English (oral and written).
-A high level of creativity and holistic thinking
-Motivated to achieve increased responsibility, able to work under pressure, process both of ability and commitment to work effectively.
