Job Brief
We are looking for IT staff responsible for supporting services related to all network and hardware phone system.
Responsibilities
？ 1.Maintaining, with a very high availability and quality, infrastructure and networking including Wan, Lan, cabling, Server room, phone and camera system.
？ 2.Performing necessary troubleshooting, diagnostic, research, evaluation and documentation of various data communication issues and solutions
？ 3.Configuring maintain and administrate account management
？ 4.Ensuring compliance with data security policies and procedures relative to all network systems
？ 5.Coordinating with service providers to schedule, preventive mainte***ce upgrades and repairs
？ 6.Managing it purchases and configuration: Pc’s OS and software installations
？ 7.Internal support and troubleshooting(Pc’s software, networking equipment, phone and camera system)
Requirements
？ Bachelor degree from an accredited university in computer science or computer information technology
？ At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, covered the following area: network implementation, applications development/support communication(IP phone) technologies, network technologies, information technology security, end user support.
？ Proficient use of software and hardware tools
？ Understanding of hardware/system architecture
？ Trouble shooting of software and hardware problems
？ Autonomous with problem solving and decision making
？ Effective communication skills
