职位描述：
Job Summary：

This is a position in the Manufacturing Engineering department to assist with materials procurement, assembly and testing of Passive Components for Microwave and RF Products. Applicant must work closely with manufacturing line and oversee microwave test stations as well as a computer CAD. Use of hand tools, perform minor small parts modifications/repairs, learn and apply RF tuning to products. Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written (a must), math skills and ability to work somewhat independently to accomplish goals on schedule. Familiar with AutoCAD or similar CAD and some technical writing / translations will be required.

Basic Work Functions：

1. Ability to modify products slightly, according to information supplied by an Engineer, when required to tune products for improved performance and, as needed, create work instructions for manufacturing to improve performance and yields.

2. Testing of electronic devices, working to tune parts in and train others in methods and taking data/notes on results and performance.

3. Working with vendors and procurement to assure quality materials are delivered and to aid procurement department in finding quality vendors.

4. Interfacing with US Management on schedule and materials procurement and controlling Vendor Quality. Interface with workers to review schedule, processes, procedures.
5. Reviewing assembly tooling, making adjustments, maintaining tooling integrity and as needed suggesting new tooling to improve efficiency and performance.
6. Set up, program and calibrate for use an HP 8510 VNA Microwave Test System to test products manufactured at facility. Train others to continue to test using program created when required.
7. Ability to use AutoCAD Lite to modify drawings and translate work instructions along with professional English interpreter as needed. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Access Database as needed to track data and make out procedures.
8. Similar work functions as directed by supervisor and Group Leader

Skills/Training/Experience Necessary for this Position：
1. School Graduate with additional training in programming, electronics, manufacturing or equivalent.
2. Post School College 4 Year Degree or Experience equivalent in a related profession.
3. Must possess moderate keyboarding skills and ability to read and interpret documents and drawings in English and Mandarin.
4. Must be willing and able to learn company’s business data systems and work with minimum training and work closely with Assembly Workers and their Group Leader as a team. 举报 分享
