Job Responsibilities
? Meet and greet guests, customers and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring that they are attended promptly and efficiently.
? Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide the information/ take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary.
? Handle all incoming/ outgoing documents/mails and register accordingly.
? Maintain employee telephone list and support on employee name cards.
? Ensure that all conference rooms and reception area are kept clean and well organized.
? Support on office stationery purchasing and managing the service.
? Coordinate with office landlord on the facility management.
? Handle the office administrative service billings, i.e. courier service; stationery, drinking water, telephone expense, etc.
? Support on company events and activities, i.e. annual party, sports day, etc.
? Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required qualifications & experiences:
1.College degree or above;
2.At least one-year working experience in admin/secretarial roles, preferably with multinational companies or professional firms;
3.Good in logical thinking and problem solving;
4.Ability to work efficiently and accurately;
5.Ability to handle multi-tasks;
6.Good Microsoft Office software ability;
7.Good English language ability in both speaking and writing;
8.Proactive attitude and must be a good team player.
