Main Responsibility
主要职责
Engage in project rollouts and implementing new technology solutions to increase operational efficiencies according to Feintool global standards. Value creation mind-set must apply.

Initiate the resolution by deep analyses and diagnostics. Proactive monitoring to maintain excellent performance and reliable IT Services

Document and report all the IT Infrastructure configuration and resolution process.

Ensure the IT Security and compliance according to Feintool policy

Coordinates with Global IT team members to ensure the appropriate use of technology and standards in design, implementation, and support of systems so as to guarantee consistency within the Feintool Global IT environment.

Understand the business processes and providing solution based on the priorities.

Daily Duties
日常工作

Installation and administration of VMWare
Responsible for data backup and data integrity
Network administration (Firewall, LANs, WANs, Wireless, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
Cord, cordless, cellular phones and iPhone administration
Installation of servers, printers, copiers and scanners
Support for Active Directory, File&Print service, group policy
Support for video conference system
Support for time clock and access control system etc.
2nd level support for indents and problems in designed areas of expertise

Education

University degree and above

Language
语言
Good command of English in both oral and written is a must.

Professional Experience
专业经验

High level IT education and 3~5 years work experience in similar position
Strong technical knowledge in VMware, Citrix, Active Directory and HP/Aruba
Networking Certifications in relevant technical applications and platforms (is not a must)
Experience in SCCM would be a plus
Experienced in managing projects and external partners
