Main Responsibilities:
i. Support China HR day to day operational issues
a. Oversee Expat relocation and repatriation to and from China, manage expat employees profiles, renewal of China visa’s, working and residence permits/lease contracts, extensions, rental etc
b. Manage/oversee Visa applications for Holding and SDO colleagues
c. Manage/oversee budgeted flight booking/hotel reservation for China HR team as well as all HR visitors to the Holding office (where applicable)
d. Manage/oversee graduates Shanghai Hukou application
e. Manage/oversee Holding and SDO colleagues Shanghai permit application and renewal
f. Annual leave filing and coupons arrangement
g. Support Admin department when Admin officer is out of office
ii. Support HR admin support for China training activities
a. Training logistics, including organize all training activities, booking training venues, prepare training materials, and ect.
b. Training reporting, including update training records into HRIS, evaluation summary, regular training data analysis and consolidation
c. Support to annual training needs and registration administration process
d. Support to verify the translation of training materials with external vendors
e. Run some basic new employees’ orientation
f. Functional networking meeting organization and coordination in logistics
g. Support to the promotion and communication of learning and development programs, including newsletter and poster in digital tools
h. Support to prepare assessment or development centres, development projects in logistics
i. Facilitate and manage the e-learning system, process and follow-up
j. Regular country HR meeting organization and logistics
k. Support other ad-hoc HR projects on needs
Qualification on education and experience
A. Degree
B. English proficiency
C. Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Admin support, HR experience is preferred
Competencies
- Good people skills & efficient communication skills
- Good language skills in both Chinese & English
- Hard working, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills & integrity
