Position Summary
Responsible for the coordination and/or administration of the following areas to ensure that regional payroll and benefits activities are in line with global and regional internal control/government requirement.


Key Areas of Responsibility
? Monthly payroll administration and payroll system maintenance
? Individual income tax reporting
? Government required/ company supplemental benefits programs administration
? Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee master data maintenance in HR system
? Assure compliance to all applicable laws, standards, regulations and Cabot policies.
? Employee’s on/off boarding process management
? Assist and assure resolution of problems in area of specialty.
? Personal filing management.
? Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager


Required Skills
? Accuracy / Attention to Detail
? Knowledge of one or more of the following areas; Benefits plans or Compensation Planning/ Administration
? Knowledge of Employment Law and relevant local government benefits regulations
? Knowledge of HBS payroll system/ PeopleSoft system is plus
? Knowledge and ability in procedure writing and documentation
? Ability to gather, analyze and draw well-reasoned conclusions
? Ability to work effectively in teams
? Ability to manage team activities
? Ability to generate/develop reports
? PC Skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project, etc)


Education/Experience
? Bachelor degree and above, plus five years experience in area of specialty, including labor law and government labor regulations experience. 举报 分享

?    徐州：2018年10月完成收购日本新日铁下属尼铁隆（江苏）炭黑有限公司。今后2年中，公司将大规模投资让该设施能够生产全球最精细的炭黑产品系列。
?    珠海：2020年1月完成收购深圳三顺纳米新材料有限公司，将巩固我们在高性能碳添加剂方面的全球领导地位，使我们能够提供新的创新解决方案，从而以***的性价比来改善电池性能。
