职位描述：
Job Description:
1, Working as the credit analyst for the Business Unit of “Climate Solution” in China;
2, Implementing the credit assessment for different cases based on the credit policy and all of the information gathered, including direct customers and distributors, to define the risk level and provide the mitigation suggestions;
3, Keeping close communication with business team to better understand the background of different projects and customers, leveraging the 3rd party’s investigation to assess the financial capability of the customers, searching public information to disclose potential risk factors if any;
4, Recording manually all the cases approved as “high” risk, and tracking their actual payment history, and reporting it to business team monthly to let business team to be aware of the implementation progress of the “high” risk cases;
5, Supporting to implement the Standard Work Program in OTC team, like the “Visual Management”, “9 Steps of Problems Solving”, etc.

Qualifications:
1, High accountability, hard-working attitude, and process optimization oriented.
2, Good communication skill, and be able to work under high pressure.
3, At least 4 years of related working experience.
4, Bachelor degree of Finance/Accounting/ Economics/ Legal or similar majors.
