Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish internal employee training system according to company strategy
2. Overallplan Develop, organize and carry out the annual, quarterly and monthly training plan,according to the company business; development requirements and employee training needs;
3. Develop training subject, supervise the completion of the course or content development,according to the company's training system or project needs,;design training project,supervise the landing of the project;
4. Be responsible for the management of training assessment and training evaluation, and write the training evaluation report;
5. Responsible for company internal trainer team construction and management (Process, policy, incentive, advance,etc.), and guarantee internal trainer system operates well;
6. According to the actual operation of the company and the training, to develop a sound policy and process of training. manage,set,procure materials/ equipment required for training;
8. Be responsible for the construction of the team, support,coach and cultivate performer.
Qualification Requests:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or educaiton related majors;
2. At least 4 years experience in training or human resources, and teaching experience is preferred;
3. Solid E-learning platform experience is preferred;
4. Strong project management skills ,coordination ,overall planning,reports ability;
5. Strong upward /downward/ Horizontal communication skills: Good English writing skills and daily English communication skills; Inter departmental communication skills;
6. Familiar with business ,self-motivate,inspire others, Strategic thinking, Systematic thinking, Logical thinking , Analytical judgment , innovative thinking ,Initiative and positive ,keen insight , excellent thinking ability,analysis ability,quick learning ablity and Strong executive ability and Result Oriented;
7. work conscientiously, efficient, meticulous, in order;
8. Have good professional ethics and professional conduct, have good sense of teamwork and strong sense of responsibility, be able to work under great pressure.
