Responsibilities:

1. Development and implementation of quality tools and testing processes to ensure product meets customer requirements.

2. Establish quality metrics and inspection/reviews.

3. Perform testing and develop process quality check.

4. Insure that quality products come through at all times whether through normal or back-up operations.

5. Provide expertise, guidance and counsel to team members.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or appropriate combination of education and experience

2. 8 years of progressive professional experience

3. Diversified duties require thorough understanding and application of standard practice, concepts and techniques related to specialized field

4. Analyzes and resolves complex matters, exercising judgment and initiative

5. Ability to organize quality, business, and operational statistical information

6. Expertise knowledge of construction equipment, industry and products

7. Previous experience with maintenance and implementation of quality policies and procedures

8. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

9. Excellent English communications both written and verbal
