(汽车行业) 美资公司

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and Lead activities within the Supplier Quality/Development Engineering team to improve supplier quality, delivery, and performance for the assigned commodity areas.

2. Optimize supplier performance evaluate procedures with purchasing and engineering team;

3. Lead the issue resolution and root-cause analysis processes associated with supplier quality issues.

4. Lead PPAP qualification activities associated with new parts as part of NPD projects, and re-qualify parts as part of supplier transition projects.

5. Utilize standard processes to audit and approve new suppliers associated with the assigned commodity areas.

6. Expand commodity knowledge to maintain expertise and be a local expert for Sourcing, Engineering teams.

7. Manage the supplier quality system and tool set;

8. Lead the supplier scorecard process and supplier performance metrics in support of the preferred supplier list.

9. Be an expert on Supplier Quality Tools - Lead / Assist with roll out, training and implementation of Supplier Quality tools for suppliers;

10. Liaison effectively with other Supplier Quality Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Engineers, and Purchasing Engineers to identify and fully satisfy requirements for related company KPIs.

11. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Professional background :

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering would be plus;

2. Knowledge of raw materials/stamped and machined parts/plastics preferred;

3. 3-5years Experience in supplier management, 2years at least should be in automatic company.

4. Strong background and experience in Supplier Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

5. Be familiar with molding, stamping, machining process, as well as necessary electronics process, such as PCB, wire and so on.

6. Must be skilled in statistical quality control tools for process / product controls, such as PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan.

7. Good analytical and problem solving skills, familiar with 8D. six sigma is preferred.

8. Should have the ability to prioritize assignments.

9. Strong interaction and communication skills with the supplier.

10, Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Proficiency in computer skills.

11. Good knowledge on ISO/TS16949, it is plus for ISO14001.
