Position Summary:

1. Standard time data management and maintenance.

2. Be responsible for production continuous improvement.

3. Implement the lean production internally.

4. Establish value streaming mapping and create action plan of improvement.

5. Maintain the overall layout of facility.

6. Be responsible for production capacity calculation internally.

7. Lead the continuous improvement activities internally.

8. Support on labor cost analysis.

9. Provide training related to lean manufacturing.

10. Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.

Requirements :

1. Some college preferred – minimum college graduate.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD.

3. Be capable of working independently and also have solid experiences in process design and lean manufacturing.

4. Must have a high degree of accuracy and organization.

5. Must be multi-task oriented. Be to maintain confidential information.

6. Minimum of three years process design experience, preferred major in industrial engineering.

7. Professional knowledge of ISO14001.

8. Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS 16949, APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, 8D.

9. Familiar with customer specific requirement (e.g. F-Q, Q1, GP)

10. Knowledge on ISO14001
