职位描述：
Main Objectives:
1. Coordinate and support the Director of financial matters for business unit regional activities in China;
2. Support the general follow-up of the principal duties and responsibilities of finance and controlling in close cooperation with finance/controlling department and controlling department in US;
3. Assist in project calculation; establish the collaboration with regional and national government organizations;
4. Support the establishment of new plant of business unit.

Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to the requirement from local and group finance department;
2. Deviation analysis, economic evaluations as part of the monthly and annual financial statements;
3. Support management team with accurate and timely financial KPI and accounting information for decision making;
4. Preparation of cost forecasting and yearly planning/budgeting;
5. Facilitate and support the evaluation/calculation of investment projects;
6. Support pre- and post-calculation of products with respect to unit/serial manufactory;
7. Other ad hoc and supportive activities with regard to finance and controlling;
8. Collaboration with regional and national government authorities;
9. Collaboration with business partners (e.g. customers, suppliers);
10. Affiliated companies group in China and globally;
11. Inter-departments coordination.

Working experience:
1. At least 5 years working experience in accounting/controlling in foreign enterprise;
2. At least 2 year planning & analysis experiences;
3. Working experience at “Big Four” is a plus;
4. Working experience in an investment project is a plus;
5. University degree in accounting/controlling or business administration with related discipline;
6. Outstanding English communication skill in verbal and in written;
7. Skilled with office software: MS Excel (proficient), PowerPoint, Word and Access database (as a plus);
8. ERP system: practiced with SAP;
9. Solid knowledge of accounting principle: PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
10. Solid knowledge of accounting principle: PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
11. Strong analytical sense and professional on financial statement analysis (e.g. EBIT, FCF, IRR, ROI…);
12. Ability to work independently and to work under pressure;
13. Self-confident and motivated; mature, trustworthy and integrity in teamwork;
