职位描述
1.In charge of the new HT equipment introduction, including selection, technical agreement preparation, manufacturing monitoring, pre-acceptance, installation, test, trial run and final acceptance. 负责新热处理设备的引进，包括选型、技术协议的制订及设备的制造监督, 预验收、安装、调试, 试运行和最终验收等。
2.In charge of plan, design and maintain the layout of all equipment in HT shop. 负责规划、设计及维护热处理车间设备平面布置图及辅助设施。
3.In charge of prepare and maintain technical documents and work instruction for HT equipment. 负责编制、维护热处理设备的技术文件和作业指导书。
4.Identify and improve HT equipment in order to convenience production operation and maintenance, with the assistance from process, production and pyrometry. In charge of project management of HT equipment major repair, modification or upgrade. 协调工艺, 生产和高温测量, 识别并改进热处理设备不完善之处，使其便于操作和维修。 负责热处理设备大修, 改造或升级的项目管理。
5.Be involved in TPM action, provide the technical support for HT equipment daily check and repair. 参与推动TPM全面生产性维护的有效实施, 为热处理设备的日常点检或设备故障维修提供技术支持。
6.In charge of technical documents of HT equipment for quality system audit, and ensure it is available in time. 负责管理热处理设备相关的质量体系认证相关技术资料，并及时提供。

岗位要求：

1.Approx 2-5 years working experience, be familiar with the controlled atmospheric furnace, experience of bearing or process control are preferred. 2-5年工作经验, 熟悉可控气氛热处理炉, 有轴承或工艺制订经验的优先。
2.Good communication skills, team spirit and computer skills (Microsoft Office and AutoCAD) 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力, 计算机操作技能(Office和AutoCAD等)。
3.English skill on written and spoken. 基本的英文书写和口语会话能力。
