职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
With the Group IT solutions:
- Design and implement Customer Business Solutions, related to Freight Forwarding operations
- Support technically (trouble shooting) and functionality (improvement) operations and customers

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Two main functions: “ Sales and Implementation” and “Operations and Support”

Sales and implementation
? Raise sales awareness by conducting regular training and assist sales force to promote and develop the use of Bollore systems
? Present Bollore solution to client, perform live demo
? Promote and implement new LINK functionalities to customers
? Ensure CBS network awareness during implementation phase and follow-up with CBS country correspondent
? Analyze needs and issue, formalize customer needs with required template (Traffic Analysis)
? Define and design solutions related to answer customer needs
? Support tender answers together with the sales team
? Internal and external training (internal to sales team and external to customers/suppliers)
? Participate to customer review if needed
? Improvement plan related to systems and additional functionalities deployment
? Steering of implementation phase

Operations and Support
? Setup / configure Bollore systems accordingly to defined requirements and specifications
? Design, validate and formalize SOP together with the operational team and customer
? Ensure CBS network awareness in latest adjustments to customer needs
? Manage EDI implementation request in relation with EDI development team and regional CBS team
? Perform EDI functional testing and validation
? Monitor process End to End to ensure data quality and timeliness
? Design reports (KPI, KFI …)
? Analyze data quality and find possible improvements through SOP update or better system configuration
? Promote/Implement LINK as operations, CS usage and trucker usage (Mobile, Truck, Tracking …)
? Ensure level 1 support for all LINK related issue to GCN region
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree or above
? Interest in IT business solutions related to supply chain environment (mainly transportation activity)
? Knowledge of supply chain activities
? Knowledge of any reporting tools or database structure / query management
? Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA is a plus)
? Good communication and Project management skills
