Position Focus:
- Responsible for Document Control and Window Person job for China Seating Division.
Job Description:
Document Control
- PO & PR
- Collect PR and distribute to buyer (Production & Non-production)
- Assign PO number to commodity buyer (Production)
- Track PO(>90 days) on a monthly basis (Production & Non- Production)
- Keep a record of PR/PO.
- To track and record sourcing documents for new program, including contract, sourcing package, RFQ, Bidder list etc.… on a monthly basis, after sourcing completion informed by program buyer.
- To support FOA/SOX and other audit
- To support and track TS16949 update on a weekly basis when requested
- To support DB price maintenance in the system
- To support P-Saving Tracking
- To collect signed PCM & share with purchasing finance, then create REQ in the system.
- To support and track EDI implementation on a weekly basis when requested.
Window Person
- Timely report plant urgent ECN.
- Monthly APV analysis (price match issue)
- Quarterly and Annual Vendor Master Reporting (production and non-production).
- Coordinate to add new vendor or change vendor information in QAD.
- SRM and QAD weekly change-log report tracking.
- SRM and QAD price checking for new launched programs.
- SRM and QAD price matching twice per year.
- Communicate between plant and central purchasing for urgent issue.
- Window person at plant handles non-production PO lower than CNY15,000.
- Window person at plant keeps contracts at the plant.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree.
- Engineering education background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Graduate or 1 year working experience.
- Good in English.
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, ERP) is preferred.
- Fast Learner, careful and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill.
