？ figure out the pre-transition and transition plan.
？ to ramp up solution team to get readiness for transition and operation phase.
？ to define the operation team discipline, define the service SLA, service window, and define the service monitoring and controlling methodology.
？ to assess the workload and team capability in future operation, plan the team resource to mitigate the gap.
？ Be involved into key user session to setup the communication network with key users and peer team stakeholder.
？ Take part in the operation process training, get used to operation process & tooling, design and customized ITSDC CTR support team process to facilitate the transition and operation. 举报 分享
