Purpose / 职位目的:
Maintain professional and quality service interface to the customers.
建立专业高品质的服务窗口面对客户。
Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
1.Call reception through service hotline and call registration in ERP.
接听热线电话并在ERP系统中登记建Call。
2.Receiving E-mail & digital fax through public channel, registering into ERP and forwarding to corresponding hotliner.
接收服务邮件及电子传真，记录在ERP系统中，并转发给相应的热线人员。
3.Providing the timely feedback of customer complaints.
对于客户抱怨，及时地给予反馈。
4.Improving the pick-up rate and waiting time of service calls.
提升电话服务水平，提高电话接通率，减少电话等待时间。
5.Conducting customer survey within 24 hours after receiving DSR and consolidating hotline system report on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
在接到电子服务报告（DSR）后24小时内对客户进行回访，并定期汇总客户调查回访报告及电话系统报告。
6.Machine & customer information verification.
核实机床及客户信息。
7.Promoting service product.
推广服务产品。
8.Other responsibilities assigned by manager.
上级安排的其它工作。
Requirement / 任职要求:
1.College degree or above in office administration or relative majors.
大专以上学历，办公室行政等相关专业。
2.At least 1 years’ call center working experience.
至少1年呼叫中心工作经验。
3.Good knowledge of call center work flow and office administration.
熟知呼叫中心工作流程，办公室行政等相关知识。
4.Good attitude, clear expression, good ability of organization and coordination, independent and flexible.
态度端正，善于表达，较好的组织协调能力, 独立性强，灵活。
该职位为外包半年职位。
