职位描述：
Leading online retail portal operation management including creative and site decoration, online marketing, daily operation, ongoing maintenance, internal and external e-commerce tool integration, IT & technical platform integration build up and sales management.
Optimization and growth of e-commerce marketing strategy & promotion planning to drive revenue generation and profitability for online retail portal.
Manage the CRM database, including data mining, data analysis and work out the strategy of CRM programs to generate more sales.
Maximize revenue and ROI.
Coordinate e-mail / sms and social media channels.
Develop engaging contents and campaigns.
Grow the digital presence of INNIU, online share of voice and brand awareness.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ E-Commerce experience.
Familiar with luxury brand E-Commerce operation, the third party experience is preferred. 有奢侈品牌电商运营经验！
Advanced knowledge of online marketing opportunities. (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, sms)
Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools.
Good understanding of best practices of building websites and marketplaces storefronts.
Good understanding of Fashion Retail business.
Able to manage complexity within a complex International environment.
Highly organized, consumer-centric, business-driven.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible.
Curiosity, passion for Internet and strong team spirit.
