职位描述
Responsibility
- 1st level workstation and local application support for SEC and Sales users according to corporate rules and best practices.
- Administration of SEC and Sales units IT Infrastructure and local applications.
- Supporting IT Infrastructure related services for other SE units in mainland China according to need defined by supervisor.
Additional responsibilities
- Providing instructions and assistance to users regarding IT equipment and applications over phone, e-mail/another electronic medium or face-to-face.
- Handling of incidents, request, claims and suggestions
- Ensuring best and purposeful usage of IT assets
- Performing routine maintenance of IT systems to ensure their required performance
- Performing software upgrades
- Participating in developing of IT systems and processes
- Ensuring security compliance of IT infrastructure
- Ensuring data archiving
All the above according to SE standards, policies, guidelines
Main duties
Behaving the roles below when working:
- Service Desk Agent
- Install server, workstation, laptop hardware & software:
- Design and maintain the network system structure:
- Support for users' email, anti-virus, VPN, Internet services
- Sharepoint, SAP authorizations related technical support
- Additional task -and/or project-specific roles as needed to fulfil agreed targets
Other Duties
Communication
Active informing and communication with users and IT colleagues, minimally according to best practice requirements. Communication by phone, physical and voice meetings, intranet/worksites and via e-mail or instant messaging as appropriate.
Documentation
-Keeping documentation of changes, services, tools and systems under his/her responsibility up to date
-Utilize agreed BIS/SE IT tools & processes to do the job (eg. ITSM)
Educational and other requirements / Qualification
- College level, IT or equivalent
- Friendly and supportive attitude
- 3 years or more years of relevant IT working experience
- Interested in develop him/herself and others
- Willingness to travel
- Capacity to work and develop in teams
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server Technology (eg. MCSE, MCP) and Networking experience (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, ...) is an advantage
- Language requirements: Native in Mandarine Chinese, Good communication in English
