- To assist the General Manager for product management;
- To assist the General Manager for contract management;
- To assist the General Manager for meeting and travel arrangement;
- To assist the General Manager for weekly and monthly report and PPT prepration;
- To follow up and collect replies from branches before deadline;
- Cargo Sphere/Webdav/Tradetech training and UerID management;
- Backup to pricing and assist on tender quotation;
- To assist the General Manager for carrier/co-loading policy and rate negotiation
- To assist the General Manager for partner selection
- To assist the General Manager for space allocation
- To assist the General Manager for legal handling
- Other tasks of General Manager
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the company or other sources
