职位描述：
岗位职责：
-负责签约客户的售后技术支持，解决客户在产品使用中遇到的各种问题；
-支持产品的售卖售前工作；
-反馈客户对产品的建议，整理成文档，并提出合理的解决方案；
-收集竞争对手同类产品的发展动向，撰写对比文档并提出改进建议。

任职条件：
-大专以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，有企业内部培训经验优先；
-一年以上相关工作经验，有良好的表达，沟通，谈判能力；
-熟悉office办公软件，熟练运用Dreamweaver / Fireworks / Flash优先；
