LLX GBS
LLX Global Business Services SA, Caslano, Switzerland (GBS) is the shared services company, which is part of JAB Luxury GmbH, Caslano, Switzerland (JAB Luxury). GBS has a business-centric ethos with a strong focus on adding value to deliver behind-the-scenes services – such as Accounting, IT, Digital, in-direct Procurement, Logistics and Training – to JAB Luxury, its brands and affiliates, helping them to achieve their business goals. GBS currently provides services to more than 2,000 employees, 180+ retail stores, five shared headquarters and four warehouses globally.
THE ROLE
Responsible for management of financial accounting for the PRC business units, liaises with Finance department and also provides service to operating companies (Jimmy Choo and Bally).
REPORTING LINES
? Reports into LLX GBS Senior finance manager in Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Financial accounting
? Prepare weekly payment proposal and send to brands for confirmation
? Proceed the payment via ebank/manual payment
? Clear AR receipts
? Update the bank record on weekly base
? Handle the bank affairs and daily communication with banks
? Go to tax bureau to purchase VAT invoice and verify input vat invoice, and other tax affairs
? Journal filing
? Supporting on month end closing & Other Ad hoc task to support other financial teammates
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
? Sound Tax knowledge
? Diploma in accountancy or bachelor degree in accountancy preferred.
? Certification of accountancy is a must.
? 1 years of experience in accounting at least.
? Sound knowledge of English and Mandarin.
? Experience in SAP would be a plus
OTHER REQUESTS
? Experience working in other shared services center environment or accounting services companies
? Have the sprit on customer service focus, process driven and problem solving
