职位描述：
Job Purpose
Ensure the good organization of documentation system.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
-Prepare the reports, the tables, and the printed papers without errors and with good presentation.
-Organize, classify and make the follow-up by documentation.
-Call, answer and take the telephone messages, by fax or e-mail.
-Take care of the forwarding e-mails within the quality service.
-Ensure the coordination of the handbooks of documentations (CMD).
-Ensure the management of the handbooks of the procedures, quality manuals and the specialized handbooks.
-Take part in the continuous improvement of management procedure of the service.
-Provide a good assistance to all the users and to develop with them a good spirit of collaboration.
-Ensure the management of the handbooks and the documents in accordance with procedure.
-Carry out transfer planning (annual and quarterly).
-Transfer to archives from the offices towards the buildings of conservation.
-Write the forms of transfer.
-Prepare and stick the labels on limps of transferred archives.
-Comply with the rules of conservation contained in the list of the recordings related to quality.
-Organize the archives in the offices
-Carry out the statements of elimination of useless archives.
-Control the aspects and significant environmental impacts.

Knowledge & Qualifications
-Capacity to analyze and dialogues
-Knowledge manual qualities and environment in application
-Has a good command of French and English
-Computer literacy, and ERP used
-Control the method and tools of quality

Skills & Competencies
- University degree: Archives, Quality…
- Have 1 or 3 years of experience in a similar post.
-Well organized, meticulous and rigorous.
-Available and involved.
-Disciplined, cooperative with team spirit.
