Job Descriptions:
? Solve complex operation environment issues/incidents and be able to create architecture for complex solutions.
? Implement various of Change of applications.
? Be able to handle customer contact and secure delivery of quality products.
? Be part of project to finish the independent task.
? Be able to work with Global team together.
? Be able to lead the project and understand customer’s requirements.

Job Requirements:
? A high level of IT knowledge on SharePoint management with different versions (SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013 and Online) is required. Experience on customer services as 2nd line support is preferred;
? We prefer if you have experience on IIS , SQL Server and Windows knowledge;
? You have experience of SharePoint customization and PowerShell skills are required.
? The experience in implementing and maintaining large SharePoint Platforms and upgrade SharePoint is preferred.
? At least 3 years relevant work experience on SharePoint projects.
? Good Written and fluent oral English is must when you support the global customers
? You should be able to work in a very busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to think analytically and take on responsibility of your tasks.
? IT education of 1-2 years’ duration also combined with 3-5 years’ working experience is preferred. 举报 分享
