Description:
Member of a small integrated DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION team, the candidate, will:
? Be responsible for designing, developing, & implementing logistics programs and operation
? Initiate business opportunities by sparking dialogue with prospects, in priority retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and trading organizations in the field of logistics, supply chain and warehousing.

With the support of the company back office teams, he/she will:
? Assess the customer needs by establishing diagnosis of the logistics requirements
? Design logistics operation programs & deploy their implementation
? Define the operation process and job duties of the operation teams
? Monitor the relationship with the customer senior management levels
? Contribute to translate data into information of value to our customers and ourselves
? Identify measurement items (KPI) to provide visibility on the operation performance levels
? Measure the operation efficiency & productivity to keep improving the company performance
? Lead, train and supervise the warehouse teams to ensure the right process implementation
? Communicate with the company IT dept. to configure the system functions according to the operation requirements
? Adopt the 5S methodology to ensure a consistent best-in-class operational environment

Requirements:
? The position requires a minimum of 3 years at a logistics related function in a multi-national organization.
? The candidate should be an analytic thinker, mature, positive and extraverted with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
? Should have well organized and a genuine team work mentality
? Demonstrating strong acumen, she/he should be well-organized and able to work in a busy environment requiring management of multiple projects.
? Should possess an in-depth understanding of the supply Chain mechanisms and be familiar with logistics system applications
? Impeccable command of oral and written English
? Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
? Proficiency in computer software programs specifically Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) is required 举报 分享
