Responsibilities:
Order Process
?- Timely & accurate order processing on order handling for distributors & customers.
?- Focused on the stock status in the Warehouse and have a well communication with related dept.
?- Closely follow up the on time deliveries of the customers.
?- Timely Invoicing to distributors / customers.
Reporting
?- Order Information to Sales team for supporting.
?- Regular Monthly Report: following up the sales status of regional distributors and customers.
?- Stock report in time to the regional customers for supporting, and to assist on forecast issue to achieve yearly goal.
Rebate Follow up
?- Accurate rebate use up of each distributors.
?- Well-communication of rebate orders and using status regularly with Network Sales team and the Distributors.
Others
?- Complaint handling and consolidation, get the action plan from related dept.
?- AR balance checking with all Cash customers.
?- Assist CS head to issue distributor agreements and certifications.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
?- College degree or above;
?- At least 1-2 year related working experience;
?- Service concept; Loyalty; Customer-oriented;
?- Proficient at MS Office, especially Excel;
?- Knowledge and experience of ERP is preferred
