职位描述：
Development and rollout:
As developer to participate the development based on platform (AEM 6) and release the website to fulfill client business requirement.
? System design
Provide solution and fulfil all client requirements and also follow all customer internal regulation and guideline. The solution deliverables need to be in high quality, security in-line with client policy, and on schedule.
? System implementation
Implement the solution based system design service deliverable; the whole implementation process and result must follow all client internal regulation and guideline. The implementation deliverables need to be in high quality, security in-line with client policy, and on schedule.
Responsible for the Application / Backend Development / System connection / Template / Components Development for the local features.
? Testing
Provides test concept for test environment and test data provision;Create technical test cases for performance test;Migrate user and product data in INT and Pre-PROD environment.
Execute code testing for all templates/components/backend, bug fixing and changes for master site/structure/template/components after actual content insertion by creative agency.
Execute system test in INT environment, and functional testing for all backend / templates / components / applications/interfaces/CMX user management/system connection.Participate and support on UAT, bug fixing for all CMX/backend related issues.
? Lanch & post-lanch support
Creation of operation manuals;Assist live setup of application software;Execution of production migration (content from INT ->Pre-PROD->PROD);Training and handover to web administrators from both creative agency side and hosting side.
Post launch support (fixing, changes, Q&A) on all system / application / CMX / template / components / backend related issues

Maintenance task:
? Impact analysis and mitigation plan: responsible to analyze the changes of the latest master release or from each business department and communicate to all related parties (project team, operation team,etc). Responsible to define the action plan based on the impact analysis to minimize the impact to business.
? Local adaption: upgrade the local source codes to adapt the latest release.
? Regression test: execute the regression test to ensure the website running correctly after new release. UAT test needed if necessary.
? Deployment: define the deployment plan and execute deployment to PROD based on the plan.
? User Training: document the user training for new features and execute the training to 1st level support and IT operation team.
? Hand over to operations: pass the ITPM gateway review for each releases
岗位要求：
Experience of J2EE and Oracle development.
Knowledge of release management.
Proactive and fast learner.
Good English language skills required and German is a plus.
Good presentation skills in preparation and presenting is a plus
Good mind-set on IT project management methodologies (Agile/Dev-Ops or PMP) is a plus. 举报 分享
