Job: Senior Account Manager
Purpose of Job: Develop new opportunities to maintain long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities with potential and existing clients and achieve company sales strategy.
Reporting line: General Manager of M&S Division

Minimum Requirement
Education/Experience
1. Graduated with a bachelor degree or above, majored in marketing, logistics or business administration.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, business in auto-logistics industry in a multinational logistics company.
3. Minimum 2 years of people leader and business management is preferred.
4. Familiar with 3rd party logistics.
Special knowledge
1. Have advance conceptual knowledge in Account Management.
2. Proven record of account development in auto-logistics industry.
3. Good Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Power point, Outlook.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English, gained CET-6 above certification.
Business understanding/Competency
1. Good understanding of auto business and marketing dynamics.
2. Have strong influencing and negotiations skills
3. Have strong communications and presentation skills.
4. Have flexibility and ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
Proven capability to energize people and the team.

Job Responsibilities
1. Overall Account Management
1> Responsible for all customer-related issues; including responding inquiries, make dispatching plans, follow up status, collect payment in compliance of SOP to meet customer’s KPI standard as well as achieve annual P&L.
2> Develop and update Account Plans for responsible accounts.
3> Summarize and share the best practice among auto-logistics network and internal M&S network.
4> Manage customer issue escalations and lead the initiative to develop prevention and resolution for customers
5> Conduct analysis on the customer’s P&L and KPIs performance to identify focus areas for improvement

2. Account Development
1> Develop strategic account plans for top target accounts.
2> Promote new solutions to grow additional and more business within the existing customer.
3> Lead and coordinate all contract renewal negotiation effort with internal divisions
4> Responsible for the success of continuous contract renewal with favorable Pricing and Terms.
5> Identify and develop potential and sustainable customer relationship to materialize potential addition business from customers to the growth of new opportunities at leverage company resources of technology and other support functions.

3. Customer Relationship Management
1>Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with senior leadership among key OEM network to promote NYK brand awareness, existing and new services and develop profitable business relationships.
4.Support Management
1> Collect, interpret, evaluate, and summarize information for the purpose of reporting to senior management to assist with the decision making process
2> Provide regular account update to management
3> Responsible for leading preparation and delivering business reviews by monthly with customers.
4> Provide regular updates to senior management on customers’ initiatives, strategies, etc for their strategic direction and development
5. Team Management
1> Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are met.
2> Work closely with the team to manage each account for maximum operating profit and revenue growth
