职位描述：
1.采购原材料供应商的开发与管理；
2.按公司及ISO要求对现有供应商的考察及审核；
3.实时掌控原材料价格、技术信息及机加工工艺；
4.能指导供应商进行提高产品质量要求；
5.确保采购执行价格的合理性, 并不断降低采购成本；
6.结合质量.成本等要素, 不断缩短交期等
7.经常检查和督促材料供应情况，发现问题并及时解决；
